MOORING BOLLARDS

Fabricated entirely from plate and hollow bar to ensure an exactly level of material quality in each product. All fabrication is performed by Lloyd’s Register approved welders using Lloyd’s Register approved plate. Various deck connections; welded to the hull, welded threaded rod or bolted on through the deck. Each bollard is carefully and meticulously hand polished to the highest standard possible. 

Available in mirror polished or glass blasted stainless steel. Custom designs available. 

FAIRLEADS AND CHOCKS

Multiple fairlead and chock options are available depending on your technical requirements. Chocks can be built to be open, closed or with roller. Fully fabricated from Lloyd’s Register approved 316L stainless steel plate. All fabrication is performed by Lloyd’s Register approved welders then carefully and meticulously hand polished.

3D drawings are available for install in the superyacht model. Bowmaster utilizes FEA technology. Lloyd’s Register build certificates available.

SWIVELS

The Superbox Swivel is the shortest possible connector between the anchor shank and chainstopper, which in turn means the anchors and winches can be placed much further forward in the hull giving the owner greater deck space for private use.

Available in high tensile stainless steel. Fully mirror polished. CNC machined. Custom designs available. Lloyd’s Register/DNVGL type approved.

WINDLASSES 

As part of a module supply Bowmaster often incorporates the windlass into the system which enables a working operational system to be tested on site prior to delivery.
