REVBO 1:  FIXED BOLLARD WELDED OR BOLTED TO DECK

The Model 1 REVBO is a revolutionary bollard designed to be either welded or bolted to the deck, offering a smaller footprint compared to traditional bollards. It features a stylish new look and is made from either carbon fibre or polished stainless steel, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal. The bollard provides a higher safe working load, enhanced safety caps, and is engineered for simple, safe use by the crew.

REVBO 2: ROTATING BOLLARD

The Model 2 REVBO is a powered rotating bollard designed with a smaller deck footprint and constructed from high-tensile stainless steel or composite for exceptional strength and durability. It features a variable height central bridge, allowing it to function as a fixed figure-eight bollard, which can then be wound down onto the base of the bollard for versatility and efficient mooring solutions.

REVBO 3:  FIXED AND RETRACTING WITH FLUSH CAP

The Model 3 REVBO is a fixed and retracting bollard with a flush cap that retracts seamlessly to deck level, offering a clean, hidden look. It features either gas strut or powered retraction and is available in high-strength stainless steel or composite/titanium materials. The bollard includes a removable cap that can be matched to the deck type, such as teak, for a completely integrated appearance.

REVBO 4:  ROTATING AND RETRACTING

The Model 4 REVBO is a rotating and retracting bollard that offers exceptional versatility for docking. It can tension dock lines during docking, and when not in use, it retracts to flush deck level for a clean and seamless appearance. Retraction is achieved through either a gas strut or powered mechanism, allowing for smooth operation. The bollard makes it easy to tension or ease dock lines as needed, while its lid can be customised to match the deck type, such as teak, for a fully hidden and polished look. It is available in high-strength stainless steel or carbon fibre

All REVBO bollards can be manufactured using advanced composite materials, offering substantial weight savings of up to 90% compared to traditional designs.

Constructed with titanium-carbon fibre and titanium sheathing for added wear protection, these bollards provide both strength and durability while maintaining a lightweight profile. They are secured with titanium fasteners for maximum stability.  This lightweight construction significantly reduces deck load while maintaining exceptional strength and durability.

The weight-to-safe working load (SWL) ratios illustrate this advantage:

10 tonne SWL = 9kg in composite
17 tonne SWL = 15kg in composite
25 tonne SWL = 24kg in composite
50 tonne SWL = 65kg in composite
