DESIGN ENGINEERING
Our team of qualified design engineers have more than 25 years experience in anchor deployment and marine design. Our inhouse team are problem solvers, challenged by the opportunity to make things better. Status quo is not a word they use. They are fully experienced in working with all composite materials from GRP to titanium. Their solid design prinicples are respected and trusted by superyacht and military shipyards across the world.
3D SCANNING
Our inhouse scanning team use state-of-the-art equipment to 0.1mm accuracy. Scanning can take place onsite or inhouse – whatever works for the customer. Scanning is used extensively in design and fabrication application to ensure accuracy. Bowmaster’s design engineers are able to reverse engineer a broad range of components and systems from scanning.
MODULE FABRICATION
Bowmaster specialises in module build for quick and easy install into the hull for weldment installation only. Systems can be built and tested on site as a component of the hull. They are then delivered to the shipyard as a working unit for simple low risk installation.
TITANIUM FABRICATION
Titanium is a high strength, medium density, corrosion-resistant alloy. Equipment properly fabricated from Titanium alloys can handle extremely corrosive applications, are very well suited to marine environments, especially when weight saving is critical. It is resistant to pitting, crevice and stress corrosion, reducing or oxidizing environments, Bowmaster’s reputation for exceptional fabrication of reactive metals lies in its experience, proven ability and high degree of personalised customer service.
POLISHING
